International slave trade

I lived in china. And i was happy to go to the united states but also sad because that meant i had to leave my friends and neighbors and all the people i cared for. At first i was scared to go on a giant boat and stay on it for 6 weeks and stay with other random people who wanted to go to the united states. But after a while i thought about it and besides that it sounded fun to go to the united states and live there. We were moving because my older sister had a job there and it was always hard to see her and visit her so my family decided to move.When i moved the boat was smelly and old and all of the guards were mean to us. I was relieved to see land because that meant we were there. Then when we got to are new home we loved it because we lived right by my sister’s work and we got to see her a lot. Then i grew up and worked were she used to work.
