So do not fear, for I am with you;
    do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
    I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

It means to me right now is don’t fear God but love God no mater what happens and God will strengthen you.

It means to me in the future that he will love you and never lets go of you he will always strengthen you and help you all.

As a 5th grader I God could stuntmen me and God I will ask God to uphold me with his righteous right hand.

When I am a adult I will ask God for forgiveness and to fulfill me and uphold me with my righeous right hand.
