Reflection blog post

What did you learn or think about the most this week from our theme “Psalms teach us to say, “Forgive me,
Lord”. Was there a phrase from a Psalm that stood out? When did you stop this week to ask God for forgiveness? Respond with at least 5 complete sentences.
I learned that no matter what we are always broken.
We always need God’s help.
The presents of God help us.
We can always learn more wisdom from God about guidance.
We can use God to guide us thru these hard times.

With forgiveness comes repentance. To “repent” literally means to change directions. After we ask forgiveness, receiving God’s grace can cause us to want to act differently than before–to repent. Tell a story about a time when you acted differently after asking for forgiveness. OR tell about something that you would like to do differently in order to better reflect God’s love. What happened? How did you feel? Use at least 5 complete sentences.
1)One of the first times that I started mowing the lawn I was kind of careless.
2)I did not pay attention to the lines that much.
3)And by the time I was done I had left “mohawks” in the grass.
4)After I went inside I had to redo it and go over the “mohawks”.
5)Now I have learned to pay more attention to the lines.
Tell a story about something creative that you did this week. What happened? Who was a part of making it happen? Use at least 5 complete sentences.
I learned to tailwhip my scooter off the curb.
I started by having my scooter deck on the edge of the curb. And just bunny hopping and tail whipping my scooter.
Then I started slowly rolling on the parking lot witch is flat ground and tail whipping my scooter.
Then I began to roll up to the curb and then bunny hopped and tailwhip my scooter.
After about 5 tries to tailwhip my scooter off of the curb I landed it.
