Reflections on our week…
Dear Families,
This week we have a lot challenges. We talked about how good God created us has a team. Everybody have a purpuse. Im so glad to have this amazing group. Yesterday in our meet at the park I enjoy every hug and every story. They´re the reason for im here teaching. I hope all of you have a blessed weekend with your love ones.

Announcements/ Reminders
- Parent Teacher Conferences: This special time is all about celebrating your child, getting to know him or her better, and getting to know you better! Please refer o the email with instructions on how to sign up for a time slot on either October 14 or October 18. By Monday, October 11, please complete the questionnaire.

Spanish Immersion Information Meeting: A note went home this week about a SI parent meeting. Watching your child navigate a new language in the immersion classroom is exciting, and we hope that you will embrace the joy that can come from it. However, we know that this can also raise questions such as: How will my child learn English? What is the target-language-only timeline? Who is addalingua and how do they help us? How can I help my child at home, especially if I don’t speak the language? How does the program format change as my child advances through the grade levels? Join us as we cover these questions and more on October 7th at 7pm in the ZCS Media Center. The meeting is primarily for parents of lower elementary children, but all immersion parents are welcome!
- 1I/M Meet Up: Our class would love to gather Thursday, October 7 at Lawrence Street Park from 6-7:30 to play on the playground with our families and enjoy donuts and cider! All are welcome! Thank you to the parents who helped organize this fun event! We’re excited!
