I think the rubber tappers have the best case. I choose this because they use the resources they have to make rubber, but they don’t damage the trees.Also they have been living there for a long time.Other groups might say that this doesn’t help our environment, but without rubber tappers we wouldn’t have as many resources like tires, rubber bands, erasers, and other like things.
They are better than other groups because they don’t cut down any trees and don’t damage the rainforest. Unlike the other groups they don’t make roads in the forest and they don’t clear the land. Also when they tap the trees it doesn’t make any damage unlike the loggers and the cattle ranchers that clear a lot of land and don’t take all of the resources they could and the forest doesn’t grow back and there is a lot of biodiversity in the amazon rainforest that they get rid of when they clear the land.
