What we are learning in Math right now is how to do the mean, median, mode, and range, we are just starting to finish that up. Math is standing out to me, its fun that we work in a big group and parters. In Language Arts we are still learning new words and are focusing on comparative adverbs and adverbs right now. Science, we are learning about the plates in the earth, continental and oceanic and how they from mountains, valleys, and earthquakes. In Bible we are Memorizing Hebrews 6:13-17, we did motions for it to help us memorize it and then presented it to the class. In gym, we are playing badminton and are almost done with that. I didn’t feel so exited about it but I found that it was actually quite fun. We keep learning more and more and will never stop.
A couple of important skills we are learning are, how to find a IQR (inter quartile range,) who knows it might help us some day. We are also learning how to interact as a group and have conversations that go on for a long time Miss L. wants us to have equitable discourse. We are still learning how to wright sentence openers so we can start a well written paragraph. We keep learning skills in sports like how to serve in badminton and in hockey and most sports to keep possession of the ball. These skills may help us with our everyday lives so thats why the teachers teach them to us.
