Nutrition and Exercise

What did i learn?

I learned about heart and how you take it. I also learned that during exercise my heart rate should be between 125 hbpm  and 175 hbpm (hbpm -> heart beats per minute).

What would I change?

I would like to eat more vegetables and less processed foods in my meals.
