Boston Massacre

     At the start of the war a young boy went up to one of the british soldiers and started talking to him and the soldier got mad so the soldier used the butt of his gun to hit him and it killed him and the colonists were really mad at the british after it happened, the british made the first fire into the air and it was a couple of minutes before the next fire was, during the battle 5 people were killed on each side, they also made us pay double the taxes that you normally do which is not very nice. They used their power of being able to have the rights to do what they want because the governor gave them the rights to do it and they used it in a wrong way.

     On March 5, 1770 there was a young boy at the Custom House on the colonists side when he went up to one of the british soldiers  to talk to him, and the british soldier that the young boy was talking to hit the young boy with the butt of his gun and killed him but the british said that they have the rights to do what they want so they just killed him instead of saying  there part of the story but instead they just killed him and the colonists got really mad after they did that but even though they have the right to do what they want they still shouldn’t do it because then they just aren’t respecting other colonies.

     On March 5, 1770 in front of the Custom House were the Colonists and the British, one soldier on the British side made the first fire into the air and it was 15 seconds to 2 minutes before the next British soldier fired and then the war actually started then the Colonists side actually started shooting while the war there were 5 people  killed on each side but at the end it was fair game because during the war many got wounded on the battlefield ,on the battlefield they used sticks,clubs,snowballs,guns,etc.

    Before we even thought of a war the british told us that we had to pay for even more taxes than we normally do which is not very nice to do because they just charged us and no one else to do double the taxes that they normally make us pay which is not the right thing to do because if other people don’t have to pay for double the taxes like we do why did they do it, which they probably  wanted more money and by doing that they wanted to start a war as well by what they were doing.

  I have a very stable opinion and it is going to stay there because of what the british have done to us it just isn’t fair but not everything can be fair in life but even though they have the right to do what they want they shouldn’t just do it to us they should do it to everyone that way we didn’t have to going to a war which wouldn’t of happened in the first place if that hadn’t happened.
