A verse in The Lord’s Prayer that means a lot to me is the part that says this;

And lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from the evil one. (Matthew 6:13)

I like this part of the prayer because it is saying help us to stay away from things that tempt us from doing bad things, and protect us from Satan. The Lord’s Prayer includes all the important parts of prayer, it starts out giving God praise for being the creator and knowing he can do all things. Then it goes to asking for what we need and trusting he will provide for our needs. After that it asks for forgiveness for our sins, and then we forgive our debtors. Then it asks to lead us on the right path and keep us away from evil. That is why this prayer is so good. We need to include all of these things in our prayers. This part of the prayer is one that I think doesn’t sound super important, but if you look at it deeper you can see that it is asking for God’s protection and we are asking to stay on the right path and not go astray.
