So yesterday was a VERY painful day. I mean it was literally painful. It all started when I woke up… “It’s Morning, Wake up, wake up!!!” My sister was jumping on my bed, that usually would have been cute or helpful, but this time, guess what? It wasn’t. It was 7:30 and not to mention we live in Holland, so every morning we have to leave at around 8:05. And this morning, this PAINFUL morning we had to get gas. So we had to leave early, EARLY. Isn’t 8:05 early enough? Example: Lydia wakes up at 8:05, crazy, right? LUCKY!!! “Their’s no such thing as luck” said Lydia. Well guess what? THERE IS!!! So anyway Elia, my sister turns on the light and I shouted “Get OUT of my room!!!” Well guess what? She didn’t. So obviously I woke up so Elia could get out of my room. Wouldn’t you??? I got dressed and went upstairs, I hate to brag, but I looked pretty GOOD. Ha, Ha, Ha. I was in sweats and I was getting my lunch ready, I was finally ready and hitting the road. We went to get gas and pick up 2 boys that we carpool with. The ride was normal, everyone talking and me relaxing. Here the sarcasm? I was reading a book, and stressing out. (NOT relaxing.) Finally we got to school and it was all ready 8:35. School started out pretty normal, Art, Reading, Mandarin, Math, Lunch, and RECESS. It was raining so we had to stay inside. You won’t guess what we did… Twister. It was pretty fun, but hard. 🙂 Then science, recess (Blokus, which was AWESOME) and finally Daily 5. It was time to go home, so I went to my locker, got all my stuff on, and went outside. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays the woman that we carpool with (Mrs. DeKruyter) brings us home. If you haven’t noticed yet, reading relaxes me and it’s my thing other than friends, family, people, fashion, baking, dancing, dance lessons, soccer, sports, singing, acting, organizing, hot coco, tea, drinks, food, nice smells, play dates, gym nights, gems, ect… Well anyway you get my point (My point: I like allot of stuff.) So that kept me busy in the car. When I came home, right away I went down stairs to play, then I watched some t.v., did my violin (Which is NOT my thing.) And finally got dressed. When we got to our church I got something to eat [a little corn, mashed potatoes and 1 piece of pizza. (I wasn’t very hungry)] and then I looked for my friends, Lilly Ryden and Lydia DeBlecourt (yes the SAME Lydia as earlier =)) Before the Derby car race Lily Johnson (from our school) showed up because her brother was in cadets and she sat by me, Lydia, and Lilly (Ryden.) The race was about to begin!!! Yes, that was a little to sarcastic, but that was how I felt. I was in one of the first rounds, I was against Elia (3rd grader) and Miya (4th grader.) It was SO logical I came in 2nd place, 2nd!!! (NOT logical.) Elia lost :(, and Miya won :). I didn’t care about the scores, just the fun of it. But it wasn’t ALL that fun. The next time I it was my turn I was 2nd place, AGAIN. But the final time it was my turn, I was against Lydia, LYDIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could already feel the tension,we were looking at each other and it was CRAZY!!! and guess who won??? SHE won, and guess what place I came in???…3rd!!! So all in all Elia got in 1st place (because there were only 2 people in Elia’s grade, her and Ruth) but Elia lost 2 times and got in 2nd place once. And SHE won. Crazy, right? For 5th grade I came in 6th place, Lydia came in 5th place, and Lilly (Ryden) came in 3rd place. Sad :(, right? Lydia is so awesome and nice. Here the sarcasm? J.K.
Bye!!! 😉
