God Does Not Give Up on Us

Have you thought God gave up on you?

Well you’re wrong. God never gives up on you or anyone no matter who. I read a book called Dangerous Journey and I learned a lot from this book. Christian faced some difficult situations. He probably thought God gave up on him. My reasons for not giving up are when I saw Christian facing challenges at Doubting Castle, and when he fought Apollyon, and his arriving at the Celestial  City.                  

                                                 Reason 1

God does not give up on us even though he has to fight Apollyon which he thought God left him then he remembered what he read in his parchment (Bible).It said that God would never leave him and God would never leave us.

                                                                Reason 2

God does not give up on us. When Christian and Hopeful tried to take a shortcut but it did not work they ended up at Doubting Castle with Giant Despair. Christian wanted to kill himself but Hopeful kept encouraging him. They got out. Then they knew that God did not give up on them. When I doubt and face hard challenges I have to remember to believe in God and know that he is with me.

                                                 Reasons 3

God does not give up on us. Christian finds this out for sure when he gets to the Celestial City. I will because the Celestial City will be waiting for me when I get there. I know that God’s promise of eternal life is believable.

God does not give up on us. I hope I convinced you to read this book and know that God does not give up on you. The stories of  Apollyon, Doubting Castle, and the Celestial City are examples of real stories that we will face during our dangerous journey.
