Have you ever thought about exercising but then you didn’t do it? Well thats how a lot of people feel, But I’m here to help you realize that exercise makes you happy, Its good for you and it strengthens your bones. So I hope this essay that you read will help you a lot.
It makes you happier, For example some days you feel to tired to exercise and its the last thing you want to do?,But if you do exercise it will make you happy and you will feel better about yourself. Do your best to exercise it will make you happy.
Exercise is good for you in fact exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body healthy. Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases which can be type 2 diabetes and an high blood pressure. Exercise can help you look better. People who exercise burn more calories and look more toned than those who don’t. Many people think that exercise is a waste of time but I’ve come to know that exercise is actually sort of fun if you try.
It strengthens your bones, For example bones are living tissue. Weight-Bearing physical activity causes new bone tissue to form, and this makes bones stronger. Bones and muscles push and tug against bones during physical activity. Weight-Bearing physical activity keeps you on your feet so that your legs carry your body weight. Some examples of weight-Bearing physical activities include:
- walking, jogging, or running
- climbing stairs
- sports
And much more.
