When I have a big competition coming up in sports I can get stressed. Mostly because I want to be the best and I know that I can’t always win. I usually listen to music to keep my mind off of it. I will also go do something hat feels normal for me to do like snowboarding, playing video games, or hanging out with friends. I want to respond by practicing or by doing better than I would if I panic.
