In this chapter,

Everyone wants Maniac to leave East End because it  is for blacks only. Amanda tried to find a way for Maniac to stay. They decide to make Maniac famous because then nobody would want to mess with him. But how? Then Amanda remembers the knot that is about as big as a volleyball that no one in all of East End could untie. Maniac is very good at untying knots. If he could untie it he would be famous!

He untied the knot!! Now he is famous, but he decides to run away. He goes the zoo in West End. He hides in the buffalo cage. He is rescued by a man who brings him to a storage room.
