West Africa History.

Q: Explain how Trade Relationships with the North impacted the Evolution of West African Societies.

A: When they traded, they got salt, for food, And other goods like slaves or ivory. They didn’t have camels in Africa until trade started either. That is because the traders took camels with them to get to Africa. Trading in West Africa changed their culture because they got things that they didn’t already have. It brought more money into their country and made them a stronger country.

Bud, not Buddy.

The title is Bud, Not Buddy by Christopher Paul Curtis.

I think the main character could exist in real life.

I think the author chose this setting because the great depression is an interesting subject.

I think that the story will end that he will find his dad.

I wonder how his mom died.

I think that later he will have to face the cops.

I wonder why his dad left.

This is a realistic fiction story.

The problem it that his dad left so he wants to find him.

One of the most important parts of the story is that he is a foster kid.

Bud is leaving Lefty’s house. The cops pull them over and Lefty tells Bud to shove a box under the seat. I wonder what was in the box?

Danny the Champion of the World

I think the book will be about Danny accomplishing something big.

I noticed Danny does not go to school.

I think Danny could exist in real life.

I think that the author was trying to entertain me.

This is non-fiction because it could happen in real life.
