What I learned? Why does it matter?

I have learned that it is important to eat balanced because if you need to eat more sugar and carbs you shouldn’t go home and start snacken on cookies and chocolate, you should eat some natural sugar not the sugar in chocolate, because that sugar is not that good for you. Same with calories because is you go to burger king and get three whoppers and you think you are done with your daily calories but again you should balance your calories. I learned that its important to be healthy and exercise so you can stay fit.

 

The reason why it matter is simple, its because when your not healthy you feed sort of crappy. And so when you are unhealthy and you can get very fat, and lots of times people can die from hart attacks and all sorts of things.Its also important to eat proper foods from the food categories like fruit veggies because you can get sick.
