The Lunar eclipse is when the earth is in the middle of the moon and the sun is on the out side and the lunar eclipse is when its a full moon and some times its red and for the lunar eclipse you don’t need eye protection because its not super super bright.

The solar eclipse is when the moon is in the middle and the earth is on the outside and so is the sun and you can’t look straight at the solar eclipse because it will brake your eye sight and you need eye protection.
