There I sat thoughts raced though my head like what is going to happen, am I going to be home sick, I didn’t have very much time to think about all  this because we were pulling into camp Geneva. I  got out of the car and put on my backpack,my suit case and my sleeping bag.

We went to my cabin (or what I thought was my cabin)and started to unpack my stuff. Then the counselor said that I was in the wrong room so I repacked my bags and went to the next room, but the counselor there said that I was still in the  wrong room. So I went to the next room and  finally that was the right room!

Then my mom said good bye and left. All the other mom  left to, then the counselor talked to us about what would happen at Camp Geneva and the rules. Next we got a tour around Camp Geneva. After that we ate lunch. Next we rested and I started to read my book. After that we had free time and I swam at the pool and went to archery. After that we had Bible. Next we played capture the flag and it was about 95 degrees. I ran and ran and ran and ran.

Once capture the flag was over I was so tired and so hot! Sweat was pouring off my face I had just come out of a swimming pool! My face was beat red and burning, there were rivers of sweat running down my face. My legs felt like jelly and I was out of breath, I could  barely stand up much less sing.I felt like I was going to faint and I could barely hear people singing! My body was throbbing. All I  wanted then was to sleep. Finally we got to go to bed. I’m pretty sure I had the best night sleep ever!

p.s don’t play capture the flag when its 95 degrees out side.

THE   END
