This is our marble roller coaster that we made in science we used 24 feet of pipe insulator that was cut in half and tape. The people in my group were Jake, Katelyn, Bret, Isaiah, and I. It was lots of fun and we learned a lot about gravity and momentum.

The Revolutionary War… Why?

I think that the Revolutionary war started with the Boston Massacre because the colonists already hated the british but then when the British killed three colonists severely injured nine more it was like setting a time bomb. Then when the British made the colonists very angry when they made them pay tax on tea they did not want. The tax could only be payed if the tea was unloaded, but there were colonists who said that if the captain unloaded the tea they would shoot him and the captain couldn’t leave with the tea because there were British ships outside the harbor that said that if he did they would blast his ship with they’re canon. So the sons of liberty went on the boats holding the tea and dumped it all in the harbor. The tea was unloaded but they didn’t have to pay the tax. About a month later the king herd this and he was furious. He sent in more British troops and put a blockade on Boston and that means that no food or supplies could get in or out of Boston. This and lots of other acts and things made the tension between colonists and British rise and rise one side did some thing to the other and the other did something worse to the that side and so on and so on. Then the Revolutionary war was in full swing.

I think that the Boston Massacre was the British’s  fault. The other acts were bad but this is out of hand. The British were SHOOTING and killing colonists!

The British also were pushing people with there bayonets and but stroking people with the end of there guns.

I don’t know about you but if there were 12 British solders with loaded guns, and were pushing people with bayonets, but stroking people with the end of they’re guns and then shot one of my friends  I would feel inclined to bring at lest a club!

Letter to King George

Dear King George,

I do not like the Writs of assistance, and as a colony we think that we should have a representative like the people back in Britain. we could have a mansion and have a thousand dollar door with engraved glass. Then your solders come in and trash all my stuff like robbers. Looking for stuff I don’t have.

This is why I would like it if you reconsidered the Writs of Assistance. Thank you for reading my letter.
