Nutrition and Exercise
I learned that we should have a healthy diet by eating in moderation we need energy like calories because you’re body need’s to burn calories so you need to eat a healthy diet, you need minerals in you’re body to stay healthy also.
It matters because you’re body needs to stay healthy so you’re heart won’t have problems in the future.
I should eat more vegetables because I need to get all of the nutritious protein and grains and vegetables.
so if you are eating to much of something you should try to eat the whole diet.
3 things that I learned from “Steps to Ratify the Constitution”
First of all I learned that the anti-Federalists thought that some of the delegates only represented the rich people and thought that it was only for the benefit of the delegates, and thought that the constitution gave to much power to the executive branch.
2. The federalist liked or agreed that the states had limiting power and thought that it was good that the Senate had two senators from every state and they would represent the states interests.
3. Since nine states had to adopt the constitution it ten months to get the approval from that number that is a very long time.!!! 🙂 🙂
Identity Crisis ????
Who are we ? We Americans now are kind of lost I mean like we have to make up are one money like how in the world are we going to make a shape size or texture to money. They also had to find out what they were going to do about the whole goverment idea they had to figure stuff out como muy rapido. To end this talk the Americans were free and have some problems coming up fast. 🙁 🙁
Treaty of Paris
I think that the treaty of Paris was a very important time during the revolutionary war. First of all it took place in PARIS, this was very important because you could not do the treaty in neither countries so they had to do it in Paris. It also ended the war so the British now knew that America was now there own country and that the British now had nothing at all to do with them they were free. This was a huge part of history because what would we be if we had lost???? In conclusion I think that this took a great part in american history!!!
Albigence Waldo
April 17
The diary entry of Albigence Waldo it talks about how cold and sick he was. He missed his family and his wife’s food it was delicious compared to the food that they had at valley forge he was so cold trying to heat himself up by a tinny fire with about, a hole lot of people around him trying to do the same !!! he would probably be at his house all warm. He had already lost his hopes and would rather not continue doing so. He was supposed to help people and he was doing bad. In conclusion Albigence Waldo was not very happy about being there and at that moment at valley forge.
What act do you think was the harshest to the colonists
In my mind I think that the tea act was the harshest out of all because the colonist had a job and if that job was selling tea they would lose there job.And just to buy tea from someone else. It would probably be more expensive to buy and if they did not want to support the British and get there way.I think that this led a part to the American Revolution. The colonist would have to pay there taxes plus all other acts that they have been through and then here comes the tea act. This was definitely a part leading to the American Revolution.
books
A book that I like is called Verano de los Cicnes it is very very interesting and there is a boy that cain’t talk and all he likes is the sound of the watch tick, tok, tick, tok.
Why was the declaration of independence so inportant to the colonist?
The declaration was so important to the colonists because the colonists wanted freedom and if they did not have freedom it would be like living in England and they moved to be free and make there one place were they could be comfortable. The colonists declared that thy would be a seprate country from the british. And that they could govern there one country.
