It means that if you believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord and tell others about him you will be saved. Anyone who believes in God will never be shamed. There is no difference between Jews and non-Jews because Jesus is Lord of us all. God blesses us a lot.  Everyone who calls to God for help will be saved. How can others call to God who is the one they don’t believe in? How can they believe in God, which they haven’t even heard about? How can they hear about God without people preaching to them?
