The chapel challenged me to live out my faith. It was very cool to see how happy Tim was even as he had brittle bone disease and probably was in a lot of pain. It was also cool how the songs connected with Tim’s speech. We sang Jesus Lover of my Soul, Oceans, and Til’ I See You. Oceans connected when it said, “When oceans rise, my soul will rest in my embrace, I’ll keep my eyes above the waves. Tim rested in God’s embrace when he went through many hard times. It connected in Jesus Lover of my Soul because Tim understood and knew that God would always be with him and love him. In Til’ I See You, it connected when Tim would see God in Heaven, but until then he would keep living out his faith. This chapel showed how Tim has a very strong faith.
